William R. Stout, moved to Springfield, OH in 1984. By age 21, I was a top producer in the area and in the top 10% of the company I worked for. At 30 (1995), I had acquired over 150 apartments. In 1996 everything changed. read more

The President of Inside Out is a lifelong resident of Springfield, Ohio. In 2002, he became involved in community outreach, promoting Christ centered positive change throughout the city. In 2006, Paul became a volunteer at Inside Out, and now, he’s currently a board member and mentor. 

Is the Youth Director at Inside Out, joining the team in 2020 and is passionate about pouring into the lives of youth and children. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland she gave her life to Christ her first year of college and has been involved in serving youth ministry for 10 years. read more

Jessica has been with Inside Out since 2019. She’s a wife and mother of 3 wonderful children; Charytee, Dominik, Nevaeh. The youth in the Springfield community brings forth memories of her childhood neighborhood which has drawn her to the mission of the ministry.
